Order Acceptance & Payment Terms
The purchase of products from us is subject to our Terms and Conditions, some items
are not available for purchase for users who are under 18 years of age, and are
only available to members who accept the Membership Agreement and who confirm the
minimum age requirement. The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation from SpellSpace
constitutes the acceptance of an order. Verification of information is required
and processed prior to the acceptance of any order. SpellSpace has no obligation
to fulfill an order until Spell Space, Inc. (i) exercises the authorization to charge
your credit card, and the charge is validated and accepted by your credit card company.
SpellSpace reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity

FOR ANY DIRECT DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT PAID TO SPELL SPACE FOR THE MATERIALS
OR PRODUCTS FOR WHICH A CLAIM IS MADE. ANY CLAIM AGAINST SPELL SPACE UNDER ANY CAUSE
OF ACTION ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PROVISION OF SERVICES OR PRODUCTS OR SHIPMENT
OF ANY PRODUCTS MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR FROM DATE OF ORDER.
